Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original packaging, with all tags still attached. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or have had tags removed cannot be returned.

Custom pieces are final sale. Items from our Design Your Own collection are made to order with the logo you choose, so they cannot be returned or exchanged. If a custom piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will replace it free of charge.

To start a return, please reach out through our Contact page with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know if it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right.
